New NSClient++ RC/build 0.4.3.142

Greetings bing search spider!

Since I have done some infrastructure changes (newer version of components) I figured I would do a release candidate for the next 0.4.3 update. Apart from infrastructure changes this also contains some bugfixes as well as new features.\ If no issues are reported in the next few days I will release this as-is.

So whats new?

• Bug fixes to check_drivesize, check_files check_page as well as others
• New module CheckNet and command check_ping which will replace the check_ping.bat script eventually (this is hightl experimental as of yet so use with care)
• Simplified the crash reporter so you can now do: reporter.exe send b1438ab2-20a3-4b2d-bc30-7c3033c084e1.dmp
